Terms of Service governing the use of Korvenix workspace productivity tools, including KoreTools Meetings, KoreTools GoLinks, the Meeting Cost Estimator, and Starkdoc.

Terms at a Glance (Executive Summary)

  • Service Scope: Korvenix provides real-time meeting auto-join, meeting cost estimations, and team URL shortcut (GoLinks) management tools.
  • Estimates are Benchmarks: Meeting cost calculations are informative indicators based on your organization’s input parameters, not binding payroll or financial accounting statements.
  • Fair Use: Users must not create GoLinks that point to malicious, phishing, or illegal URLs, or attempt to disrupt our platform.
  • Account Control: You can stop using Korvenix at any time by uninstalling the extension/add-on or closing your workspace account.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using the Korvenix web application, Chrome Extension, or Google Workspace Add-on (collectively, the “Services”), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Korvenix (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an enterprise, company, or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Korvenix provides workspace productivity and efficiency tools, including:

  • KoreTools Meetings & Meeting Cost Estimator: A tool that integrates with Google Calendar to launch scheduled meetings on time and calculate real-time estimated meeting costs based on participant counts, meeting duration, and user-configured hourly rate benchmarks.
  • KoreTools GoLinks Management: A centralized short-link management system allowing teams to create, route, and analyze internal URL shortcuts (e.g., go/roadmap).
  • Korvenix OrgChart: A Google Workspace organizational hierarchy visualizer that connects to the Google Workspace Admin Directory API (users.list, domains.list) to map reporting relationships (reportsTo / manager), render department swimlanes, and enforce corporate domain access controls.

We continuously update and improve our platform. We reserve the right to modify features, perform maintenance, or adjust functionality with reasonable notice to ensure optimal performance.

3. Account Registration & Workspace Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your workspace credentials and Google OAuth authentication sessions.
  • Authorized Access: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach regarding your Korvenix account.
  • Admin Authority: Workspace administrators are responsible for managing team member permissions, rate parameters, and access controls within their organization’s instance.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Korvenix strictly for lawful workplace activities. You agree not to:

  • Create GoLinks that redirect to phishing, malware, illegal content, or unauthorized third-party sites.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, probe infrastructure security, or reverse engineer any portion of the Korvenix browser extension or add-on.
  • Use Korvenix to harvest emails, spam workspace users, or violate Google API rules and Google Web Store Developer Policies.

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your workspace account without prior notice.

5. Meeting Cost Calculations & Financial Disclaimer

  • Informational Benchmark Only: The meeting cost estimations generated by Korvenix are calculated using mathematical formulas based on user-configured hourly rates, attendee counts, and event durations.
  • Non-Binding Nature: These figures are provided solely as productivity insights and behavioral nudges to reduce calendar bloat. They do not constitute formal financial statements, tax advice, or official payroll records.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Korvenix retains all rights, title, and interest in and to Korvenix, including all related software, source code, UI designs, design systems, algorithms, logos, and trademarks.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Korvenix within your organization during your subscription term.

7. Service Termination & Access Revocation

  • Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the Korvenix Chrome Extension, removing the Google Workspace Add-on, or closing your account.
  • Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Korvenix if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access stored GoLinks and workspace analytics will cease immediately, and stored data will be purged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

  • “As Is” Service: Korvenix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Korvenix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws governing Korvenix.
