How Korvenix collects, processes, and protects your information across KoreTools (Meetings & GoLinks), the Meeting Cost Estimator, and Starkdoc, including our Google API Services User Data Policy Limited Use disclosure.

Privacy at a Glance (Executive Summary)

  • We do not sell your data: Your information is never sold, rented, or monetized for advertising.
  • Zero LLM/AI Training: We do not use your Google Calendar data to train AI or Machine Learning models.
  • Local Calculations: Meeting cost estimates are processed on-the-fly during active browser sessions and are not recorded or scraped.
  • Full User Control: You can revoke Google permissions or request complete data deletion at any time.

1. Introduction

Korvenix (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Korvenix, a suite of workspace productivity tools available via our Chrome Extension, Google Workspace Add-on, and web application (korvenix.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your information when you use our KoreTools Meetings, Meeting Cost Estimator, KoreTools GoLinks management services, and Starkdoc document review tools.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary data required to deliver Korvenix features:

A. Google Calendar Data (KoreTools Meetings & Meeting Cost Estimator)

When you connect Korvenix to your Google Calendar, our system processes:

  • Event Metadata: Start and end times, duration, and total guest count.
  • User Profile: Your email address and basic Google user ID to verify workspace authorization.
  • Cost Metrics: Calculated financial estimates based on configured hourly rate benchmarks.

Note: Korvenix processes event metadata in real-time. We do not store or read meeting notes, private attachments, email threads, or video call transcripts.

When managing team shortcuts, we collect:

  • Target URLs (e.g., https://figma.com/...) and custom short link aliases (e.g., go/design).
  • Anonymized usage analytics (click counts, timestamp of redirection, referring user agent).
  • Workspace permission configurations.

C. Account & Billing Information

  • User contact details (Name, business email address).
  • Workspace settings configured by team administrators.
  • Subscription and payment details (processed securely via our PCI-compliant payment provider; we never store full credit card numbers).

3. How We Use Information & Google Limited Use Disclosure

We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and optimize Korvenix services.

Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Korvenix’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements:

  • No Advertising Transfers: We do not transfer or sell Google user data to third parties, advertising networks, or data brokers.
  • No AI/ML Model Training: Data obtained from Google APIs is never used to train, retrain, or improve generalized AI or machine learning models.
  • Restricted Human Access: No humans read your Google user data unless explicitly authorized by you for technical support, required for security investigations, or mandated by law.

4. Data Storage, Security & Retention

  • Data Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser, Google Calendar APIs, and Korvenix servers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. Stored workspace data is encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • Session Processing: Real-time meeting cost calculations are processed in memory and are discarded immediately after the session ends.
  • Retention Policy: We retain account information and GoLinks metadata only as long as your workspace account remains active.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You retain full control over your data:

  • Revoking Access: You can revoke Korvenix’s access to your Google Account at any time via Google Security Account Settings.
  • Uninstalling Services: You may remove the Korvenix Chrome Extension in your browser settings or uninstall the Google Workspace Add-on via the Google Workspace Marketplace.
  • Data Purge Requests: To request permanent deletion of your account, workspace data, and GoLinks, email us at sales@korvenix.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Subprocessors

We rely on verified cloud infrastructure and payment processors (e.g., AWS, GCP, Stripe) to operate our platform safely. All third-party subprocessors are bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and cannot use your data for independent purposes.
